The hotel was almost right in front of the exit #3 of Osaka Metro subway Nakazaki-cho station of Tanimachi line (you can see the sign straight ahead when you come out of the exit from underground) along with a convenience store right by the exit. Very convenient location. Also, not far from the Umeda station if you want to walk (lots of restaurants and stores. Not far from the red HEP FIVE ferris wheel). A very walkable distance with my 7 year old. The room was small (compared to the U.S. standard), but updated and clean (we had one double bed). Shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and hand soap were provided. Also, there was a small fridge (no freezer), an electric kettle, and a couple of small cups (you can get free green tea and instant coffee, etc. downstairs). Appreciated a bathtub even though it was small to soak in after a long, hot day. I also appreciated the blast of really cold air as we came in the lobby on really hot and humid summer days. Hotel employees were professional, friendly, and helpful. Buffet breakfast was optional (looked good, but we did not use). There was no ice machine, so we asked the front desk to fill my water bottle with ice, and it wasn't a problem. Anything else you need, you can easily walk over to the convenience store to purchase.

The hotel is conveniently located next to Nakazakichō Station and at a walkable distance to the main Umeda area. It was away from the bustle of Umeda (e.g, bars, entertainment centres etc...), which made it a more peaceful area to return to at night. The hotel is also surrounded by several conbini chains, a 24-hour Don Quijote store, and the popular Hep Five mall, among others, so there are several places to see and go to nearby! The room was pleasantly well-maintained and clean, with amenities such as toothbrushes, combs and tea packets that can be easily collected from the lobby. The room was also relatively spacious for 2 adults.

This hotel was perfect for us. We are a young couple, visiting Japan for our honeymoon. This hotel is in a great location, has a free bus service to the main Osaka station. (It’s a 15 min walk away) The hotel is really clean and the reception had many amenities. The staff were lovely and friendly. The breakfast was so tasty, the ladies at the breakfast room were very lovely. Because we said it was our honeymoon, they gave us 2 free cocktails and some cakes and biscuits! It was so lovely and we felt special. The area has 2 konbinis and lots of restaurants. Overall this hotel was amazing, 100% recommend.

The location is great, being just a couple of min from the nearest metro station, the hep five building and super close to umeda made shopping and largely exploring the city really easy. had an amazing view from our room(15 floor) and got to see the city's skyline. room looked great, while its a trend in japan with rooms being a little cramped i'd say overall it had everything we need, amazing view and no shortage of amenities. had to leave a day sooner when the front desk was closed but had no trouble with their express checkout. great place and a lot of value for your money.

It was bigger that I expected I travel with my sister and o read some comments saying the rooms were to small, it was perfect for the two of as and comfortable beds everthing clean , next to the hotel is a grocery store, and a train station, we stay for 3 days , and one of the we have breakfast in the hotel it was really good and a lots options, the staff were really nice. It was easy to travel from the train station, and is shopping stores like 10 min walk, and street like 5 min there for buying soups or any kind of food. I’ll stay again definitely.
